About Andrew
Andrew Wheldon is a seasoned lawyer with extensive experience in property, business, and estate law. Admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1986, Andrew initially practised within a family firm before establishing his own practice in Everton Park in 2010. Over the past decades, Andrew has developed one of Brisbane’s leading conveyancing practices. He has managed a wide variety of transactions, including residential and commercial property sales, land transfers, Crown leases, and company title matters. His hands-on involvement in over 1,000 contracts annually for more than 35 years has given him a thorough understanding of the conveyancing process, enabling him to resolve issues efficiently and secure favourable outcomes within tight timeframes. A significant portion of Andrew’s work focuses on Off The Plan unit contracts, where he has been involved in most major residential developments across Brisbane. His in-depth knowledge of the Body Corporate and Community Management Act, alongside contract law, equips him to provide clear and practical advice to clients purchasing Off The Plan units. In addition to property law, Andrew has maintained a long-standing commitment to wills and estate matters since his admission as a solicitor. He combines legal expertise with empathy and practical understanding to assist clients in ensuring their wishes are respected and executed smoothly. Andrew views his role in estate matters as a privilege and is dedicated to handling these sensitive situations with straightforward and respectful care.
