Andrew Needham

Andrew Needham is the founder and Principal Lawyer of Andrew Needham Lawyers, based on the Sunshine Coast since 2017. He has nearly two decades of experience practising insurance and personal injury law in Queensland. Throughout his career, Andrew has assisted hundreds of clients who have sustained injuries at work or on the road, supporting them through their recovery and compensation processes. He also has substantial experience handling Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) and superannuation claims. Andrew is committed to providing practical and compassionate legal support, finding it rewarding to give hope to clients during difficult times and applying his expertise to secure the best possible outcomes. His professional competence was recognised in 2023 when his peers recommended him in the Australian Doyles Guide for his work in public liability claims. Andrew established his own practice with the aim of creating a more client-focused firm that delivers quality legal services at a fair price. Beyond his practice, he contributes to the legal community through volunteer work at the Sunshine Coast Community Legal Centre and the Sunshine Coast Law Association. Additionally, Andrew serves as a member of the judiciary for his local field hockey association, further reflecting his engagement with the community.
