Michelle Hutton is a Partner at Andersons, bringing over 20 years of experience in Wills, Estates and Business Law. Throughout her career, Michelle has worked in Adelaide, Sydney, and regional South Australia, developing a comprehensive understanding of estate planning needs that range from straightforward to highly complex situations. Michelle began her legal journey at Andersons shortly after graduating from university. After nearly 25 years of gaining diverse experience across various legal settings, she returned to Andersons in 2023, joining the Wills and Estates team once again. Her return also means reconnecting with colleagues she has known for many years. Michelle works closely with clients who come from a wide array of family, financial and business backgrounds. She is committed to listening carefully and crafting personalised solutions that meet her clients’ unique circumstances. Her expertise spans personal estate planning, business succession planning, and the preparation of commercial and business law documents. Michelle’s background also includes experience in commercial litigation, probate, and contested estates, equipping her to provide thorough and practical advice in estate and commercial matters.
