Lucy Padula

Lucy Padula is a Principal lawyer with extensive experience in family law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours, admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia. Lucy is accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria in family law, reflecting her commitment to assisting clients in resolving family law matters with fairness and integrity. Since commencing her legal career as a law clerk during her studies, Lucy has developed a comprehensive practice that covers financial issues, children’s matters, and family violence intervention orders. She recognises that family law often intersects with other legal areas such as property, criminal, and taxation law, and she collaborates closely with a network of professionals to provide holistic support to her clients. Lucy prioritises resolving disputes through negotiation and alternative dispute resolution wherever possible.
