Amanda Liston is the Principal of Amanda Liston Legal, bringing extensive experience in estate planning, wills, and deceased estate administration since her admission to legal practice in 1998. Committed to providing clear and practical advice, Amanda ensures that clients are well-informed to make decisions about their family’s future with confidence and ease. She holds a Master of Laws (Applied Law) specialising in Wills and Estates and is a graduate fellow of the College of Law. Amanda is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), reflecting her dedication to maintaining high professional standards in her area of practice. Beyond her legal practice, Amanda contributes to the community by serving on the pro bono panel of the State Administrative Tribunal, where she assists clients with guardianship and administration matters under the Guardianship and Administration Act.
