Rohan has held pivotal roles as an executive at prestigious organisations and was the chief of staff at the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Rohan launched his career as a lawyer managing intricate Private Equity and Corporate transactions. His progression into various commercial executive positions underscores his versatility and strategic insight. His educational credentials include graduations from the AICD Company Directors Course in Melbourne and the International Company Directors Course in Shanghai. In the domain of private capital investment, he is a Principal at GPRS Capital, where he partners with Australian businesses to foster growth. Legally, Rohan co-founded GovLegal, a firm dedicated to specialised legal services for government. He is also a co-owner and director of AVC Legal / All Victoria Conveyancing, showcasing his experienced background in Mergers and Acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, including IT, IP, employment, OHS, and privacy matters. His legal expertise was further honed during his directorship at the Department of Health amid Victoria’s Covid-19 response and as a senior lawyer at DFFH. At the CFA, he also served as the Acting General Manager of Governance, Legal, and Risk. In corporate advisory and governance, Rohan advises business owners, directors, and executives on growth strategies such as M&A, boasting extensive experience in governance and risk advisory for boards and executive teams. In the not-for-profit sector, he supports organisations in financial sustainability, governance, and compliance, having served as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Lort Smith Animal Hospital from 2017 to 2023.
