Anne-Marie Remaili

Anne-Marie Remaili is a Senior Associate with extensive experience in Family Law, having practised exclusively in this area since 2012. She was admitted as a Solicitor in New South Wales in 2018 and has since continued to focus her legal career on family law matters. Anne-Marie holds a Bachelor of Arts majoring in psychology and a Bachelor of Laws from Western Sydney University. Prior to joining Ali Family Lawyers, she worked with two national commercial law firms as well as two boutique family law firms. This diverse background provided her with experience in civil litigation, wills and succession, and property law in addition to family law. Anne-Marie adopts a direct and pragmatic approach to family law, advising clients strategically on property and parenting issues. She is focused on achieving practical outcomes, offering clear strategies and solutions aimed at resolving family law matters efficiently and in a commercially sound manner. Anne-Marie is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales, the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, and the Family Law Pathway Network of Greater Sydney.
