Alan McNeill

Alan McNeill is a solicitor and accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) with over 15 years of experience in legal practice. His work primarily centres on family law, covering matters such as children’s issues, property settlements, and financial arrangements. He also provides services in Wills and Estates, assisting clients with simple and complex wills, grants of probate, letters of administration, powers of attorney, enduring guardianship, and estate administration. Alan approaches legal and mediation matters with a focus on achieving sensible and cost-effective resolutions tailored to the unique circumstances of each family. He is known for his personalised service, ensuring clients feel prioritised and supported throughout the resolution process.
