Robert Aitken

Robert Aitken is a Solicitor Director at Aitken Whyte Lawyers in Brisbane, bringing a comprehensive legal background developed over more than three decades. Beginning his legal career on the Gold Coast in 1992, Robert expanded his practice to Brisbane in 1995 before relocating to Sydney. There, he advanced his expertise while working at national law firms and subsequently held roles as General Counsel and Company Secretary for several multinational corporations, gaining valuable insight into corporate governance and commercial law. In 2006, Robert returned to Brisbane with his family and founded Aitken Craig Lawyers, which he later expanded to include offices on the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. Today, Aitken Whyte Lawyers serves clients across Brisbane, South East Queensland, Toowoomba, and Dalby. Robert manages all legal matters handled by the firm, leveraging extensive experience in disputes, litigation, and commercial law.
