Levi Smouha

Levi Smouha is the Managing Partner at Agility Law Group, established in 2022. Admitted as a solicitor in 2005, Levi has extensive experience advising insolvency practitioners, creditors and company directors on matters relating to insolvency, commercial litigation and debt recovery. Prior to founding his own practice, Levi built his career in both national and mid-tier law firms, including a year with a large UK law firm and a year working in Japan. His involvement with the Queensland Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry as Secretary for three years further enriched his cross-cultural business insights. Levi has provided legal services across a broad spectrum of external administrations in industries such as construction, civil works, mining, education, telecommunications, financial services, food and hospitality, transport and retail. He has acted in winding up and bankruptcy proceedings and handled a variety of insolvency-related Court applications, public examinations, voidable transaction claims and insolvent trading claims in both State and Federal Courts. Known for a strategic, thorough and practical approach, Levi focuses on achieving commercially sound outcomes in insolvency advice and dispute resolution.
