Elena Leonardos

Elena Leonardos is a Principal and Senior Lawyer at Adelaide Legal Solutions, a firm she founded in 2011 with the objective of delivering efficient legal resolutions to her clients, minimising unnecessary costs and the stress typically associated with legal processes. Elena's legal journey commenced under the mentorship of one of South Australia's preeminent criminal lawyers. During this formative period, she successfully managed numerous intricate and serious criminal law cases. Her unique skill set in drafting legal documents became apparent soon after establishing her own firm, prompting her expansion into Family Law. Elena is renowned for her ability to craft succinct and pertinent affidavits and is highly regarded for her negotiation skills, navigating even the most complex cases with diligence and empathy. In her practice, Elena prioritises effective communication and collaboration within the legal community, leveraging her professional relationships to advocate robustly on behalf of her clients. She is adept at managing legal expenses, strategically delegating tasks to qualified third parties, such as expert witnesses, within her clients’ financial constraints. Elena was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2007 and holds a double degree in Business Economics and Law and Legal Practice from Flinders University. Furthering her credentials, she is admitted to the High Court of Australia and is an active member of the Law Society of South Australia, the Law Society Legal Advisory Service, and the Hellenic Lawyers Association.
