Pat O'Shea

Pat is a dedicated insurance and personal injury litigation lawyer with more than 17 years of experience practicing throughout Queensland. He has successfully managed and resolved over 1500 personal injury claims, providing a highly tailored litigation service that consistently achieves excellent outcomes for his clients. Pat’s experience includes workers’ compensation law, medical negligence, motor vehicle accident compensation, as well as public and product liability claims. In 2014, Pat co-founded accident legal, building on his previous role as a partner at a national insurance law firm. Since then, he has played a key role in the firm’s growth and its strong reputation within the personal injury field. Pat is passionate about advocating for individuals who have been injured due to the actions of others, ensuring that solutions are specifically aligned with each client’s individual circumstances. Pat approaches each matter with a combination of critical analysis and practical problem-solving, working collaboratively with his clients and their wider team of professionals to prioritise their legal needs. Pat also appreciates travel, with a particular fondness for Ireland, inspired by his wife’s Irish heritage and their regular trips there.
