About Nicole
Nicole Le Pou is the Principal Lawyer and Director at Accessible Family Law. Admitted in 2004, Nicole has devoted her career primarily to family law. She began her legal journey at one of country Victoria’s largest firms, where she worked across family law, wills and estates, and property law. Returning to Melbourne, Nicole concentrated on family law before joining Victoria Legal Aid. There, she served as a duty lawyer handling family law and intervention order matters, ultimately becoming assistant section head of the family law team. Following her tenure at Legal Aid, Nicole gained extensive experience as a family law locum, consulting with small and medium-sized firms as well as Victorian Government departments. In 2014, she co-founded Accessible Family Law with Renee Campbell. Nicole now guides clients through all aspects of family law, with a particular emphasis on property matters involving businesses and trust entities. She is known for her practical, settlement-focused approach, working with clients across Australia and internationally to negotiate effective outcomes and minimise the need for litigation. Nicole is a trained collaborative lawyer and holds a Master of Laws with a major in Family Law.
