Nicole Le Pou

Partner – Accredited Family Law Specialist Nicole was admitted to legal practice in 2004 and has worked almost exclusively in family law since. Her career has seen her into both private and public sectors including several years Victoria Legal Aid. Nicole has worked as a family law locum consulting in small and medium sized family law firms in addition to Victorian Government Departments relying on her comprehensive knowledge of family law. In 2014 Nicole, together with Renee Campbell, established Accessible Family Law as it is today. Nicole's focus is now assisting clients with all aspects of their family law matters and she takes particular interest in prenuptial agreements, complex parenting litigation including Magellan matters and relocation matters, and property matters involving businesses and trust entities. Nicole is well regarded for her down to earth, settlement focused approach. She works with clients from all over Australia and internationally negotiating outcomes in an efficient manner and avoiding litigation where possible. Nicole volunteers on several committees and at the Magpies Nest on a regular basis. Nicole is a trained collaborative lawyer, has completed a Master of Law majoring in Family Law and is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law.
