Kellie Landsmann

Kellie Landsmann, a Senior Associate at our firm, embarked on her legal career with a rich background in mining and construction. Admitted to practise in 2019, Kellie has since made her mark in the legal community, particularly within the realm of personal injury law. Her initial foray into the legal field involved navigating the complexities of class actions, where she honed her skills in advocating for plaintiffs in intricate litigation matters. Kellie's true calling, however, emerged through her dedicated work with survivors of historic institutional child sexual abuse. Her commitment to social justice and her unwavering dedication to her clients distinguish her as a formidable advocate. In addition to her professional pursuits, Kellie serves on the Board of Directors for Kids in Care, a charity aimed at supporting at-risk children and those living in poverty within the ACT and neighbouring regions of New South Wales. Her involvement with this organisation reflects her deep-seated commitment to advancing social and public welfare. Kellie is also an active member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance, further testament to her dedication to the legal profession. Outside the courtroom, Kellie embraces the challenges and joys of raising four children, all inheriting her advocacy skills. Her passion for restoration extends to assisting her husband in restoring classic cars.
