Admitted to practice in 1989, Andrew began his legal journey after an accomplished period in artist management. His early legal career was marked by a significant achievement; joining a mid-tier insurance-focused defendant practice, he ascended to the role of managing partner within just 12 months. This rapid rise placed him in the pivotal position of serving the majority of insurers in New South Wales. The trajectory of his career took a transformative turn in 2012 when he founded AC Lawyers. This decision was the result of a reflective midlife assessment, where Andrew opted to utilise his extensive 22 years of experience to advocate on behalf of individuals rather than corporations. His deep understanding of insurance and defendant practices, acquired from many years on what he humorously terms the 'dark side', has been invaluable in providing nuanced and empathetic client representation. Known for his dedication, he travels over 1000 kilometres weekly to foster and maintain strong relationships with his clients. Beyond his professional commitments, Andrew cherishes his limited free time engaging in photography, beach running, and writing. He also serves as a Judge for the Australian Chapter of the US National Corvette Restoration Society, reflecting his diverse interests and dedication to excellence in all pursuits.
